Insulin Pump for Hunter

As many of you know, in 2016 Hunter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. It’s been a long journey of figuring everything out, and thousands of sticks and pokes. Hunter has finally been approved and is going to be getting an insulin Pump and a constant glucose monitor. Yay! In the long run, this will actually save a lot of money. Unfortunately the start up fees are pretty hefty at 600 dollar and we don’t have much wiggle room with money to cover this. I am reaching out to friends and family to help to cover this fee. We really appreciate this, and not only will he no longer be pricking himself all of the time, this will also help to lower his A1C as well.
