Family in need of help, with 2 boys

My name is Ashly Cress, and I trying to help my in laws, Larry and Lanette Grant. They are currently taking care of my husbands two special need boys. I have been with my husband since December 2013, so these boys are not by me. These boys have a story, back in December 2011, the oldest boy Strider was beaten almost to death, and wasn't suppose to make it, thank god he os alive to tell his story, he was 2 1/2 years old when it happened, he is now 6 years old. The youngest Gallagher, had no contact with anyone, and was shaken, he has the mind of a 18-24 month old baby, and he is 4 years old. My in laws have lived in Oxford, Maine for 7 years, and have been kicked off the land they lived on. I am trying to help them raise money to get a new place to call home. They have a chance to get new land, but need $4,000 for a down payment, and more to set it up there home. So I am trying to get them $10,000 to $13,000 to do so.If you can help in anyway, it will be greatly appreciated.
