Indebted School Fees

I'm writing on behalf of a close friend currently studying in Russia (as gofundme doesn't work there). She has Indebted school fees from last Academic session and she is on the verge of expulsion from the university. Below is her story:
"Hello, My name is Okanlawon Folashade I am Nigerian, I live in Nizhny Novgorod Russia, I am 21 years old. I am writing this in need for any help I can receive. I started school in 2016 at Lobachevsky state University of Nizhny Novgorod, under the field of international relations, everything was going well until both my parents lost their jobs a month after my enrollment in the university, luckily my Dad had already payed for my first academic year. In my country it is very difficult to receive funding for education or even a scholarship, student loan or bursary. I am currently doing my third year in University and I owe the school fees for my previous academic year and i don't have any funding for my last year, I have come so far with my studies to quit right now, my parents do not even have money to send me back home and I wouldn't want to go back home without a degree because life wouldn't be as pleasant or easy. I am asking this from the bottom of my heart, Please assist me in any way you can. Any little assistance goes a long way and it means a lot to me, please help me hold on to my dream and better the condition my family is currently under.
