In Remembrance of Caleb Poole

Donation protected
On Sunday, September 30, our family suffered a grievous loss. Caleb Mario Poole, aged 19 years and 12 days, went to be with the Lord. Beloved son, beloved brother, soon-to-be father Caleb is taken from us all too soon. Born on September 18, 1999 in Little Rock, Arkansas, Caleb along with his mother Candice, older brother Joshua and younger brother Jarvis, relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2010. Caleb attended Bancroft Middle School and later graduated, Class of 2017, from Stellar Preparatory High School where he played Varsity Football. Always fearless, always adventurous, Caleb loved the outdoors and led an extremely active lifestyle that included football, boxing, riding and above all skating. Caleb was known, from California to Arkansas, for not only his natural talent at blading, but his love for it and the fearlessness with which he approached the sport. The only thing Caleb loved more than adventure was animals. Dogs, snakes, turtles, lizards – no matter what type of animal or reptile, Caleb always had a big heart and gifted hands. Caleb’s life came to an end, far, far too soon this past Sunday as the result of a motorcycle accident in San Francisco. Caleb is survived by a large extended family, his mother and brothers, as well as his girlfriend Lali, who is expecting their child early next summer. Celebration of Life services will be held in both California and Arkansas, details to follow.

We are asking anyone who is able to contribute towards the financial cost associated with end of life. Our goal is to raise $10,000.

Caleb was premature in both birth and death. But in-between he lived every moment with a big smile, a big heart, love for his family, love for adventure, love for animals and an excitement and enthusiasm for life that will continue to be an example to us all. Anyone who knew Caleb knew what amazing young man he was and those of us who had the pleasure to know him will never forget him.
