Helping the Garcia Family
Donation protected
On October 24th as Omar Garcia and Guillermo Manzanares were sitting in the Current Electric Training Room learning to become better electrician’s Omar received a call from the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office that would change his life. Wendi Garcia, Omar’s Wife and Guillermo’s sister had been in a tragic accident that took her life at the age of 34.
Omar, Wendi and their 8 children lived in California their whole lives and they moved to Wisconsin a year and a half ago to better their lives. Omar soon landed at Current Electric and felt compelled to refer his brother in law Guillermo to join our team.
Omar is now left with the sole responsibility of raising their 8 children, aged 8-16 years old, alone. We are hoping to share their story in hopes that our families and community will wrap their arms around the Garcia/Manzanares family. Any help would be greatly appreciated and we ask that you please keep the Garica/Manzanares family in your prayers as they navigate through this tragic event.
