In Memory of Rich Scherer

On April 18, 2017 we ALL lost a very special man.  Captain Rich was born February 3, 1959 “The day the music died”.  It seems as if the music died all over again. We will always think of Rich when we hear some of Rich's favorite tunes, especially Pink Floyd and we cannot forget "I’m your Captain. “ Rich was full of life and touched everyone he met in a very special way. He struggled daily to overcome the challenges of Leukemia and all its complications , which led to his untimely passing.  At this time my goal is to help the family to defray the costs of the funeral, medical and many other expenses. No words can express the grief we are ALL feeling and our deepest condolences go out to Rich’s wife, mom, sons and their wives, grandsons and extended family and friends. Let us not only raise a coors light in Rich’s memory , but also any financial support we can offer to assist his family through this  extremely difficult time.  Here’ s to you Rich!
