It is with a heavy heart that we share in the tragic passing of Clarence Edward "Rance" Neal III, son of Eddie and Rhonda Neal on Saturday, June 22, 2019.
Rance was a 17 year old student at CSAS in Chattanooga, TN, getting ready to begin his senior year. He was a truly bright young man whose clever wit and sense of humor never ceased to amuse family and friends.
Eddie, Rhonda, and R.L. are devastated, and for those of you that know this family, all would agree that they are a family that always helps others in every way possible. In there time of need, we are asking for help on their behalf to defray the expenses associated with the funeral and burial of their son.
Funeral services have not yet been made, but more information will be available soon. Thank you for thoughts, prayers and donations.
