In Memory of Frances Mains to aid Handicap efforts

On December 4, 2018, we lost my mother, my best friend and everyone's biggest fan, Frances Elizabeth Johnson Mains.  In her honor,  for her Celebration of Life on 6/23/18, we established a fundraiser to assist the Raymond Village Community Church with their efforts to upgrade their building and support their efforts in making their space handicapped accessible.  

After moving from Gorham, where Mom lived and raise her family for nearly 40 years, she relocated to Raymond around the age of 80.  She was thrilled to find the warm and welcoming people of the Raymond Village Community Church.  She became very active with the church,  volunteered whenever possible and eventually became a Deacon.  The people of the church treated her like gold, helping her with transportation when she could no longer drive, giving her projects she could handle despite her increasing physical limitations - just so that she could remain involved.  It made ALL the difference in the world to her last years. This church became family to her.
