This Go Fund Me account has been setup to hopefully provide some added peace of mind to Adele to cover her costs for the days weeks and months ahead. As there is no funeral being held and Adele is allergic to flowers. Her wish is to make a donation to the GBHC ICU Team that supported her whole heartedly through this devastating loss.

Words cannot express the gratitude we have for the doctors and nurses, technicians and therapists, and support staff of the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre in Owen Sound who serve with such compassion,care, dignity and courage.Everyone was so wonderful..
We are overwhelmed with all the support, love and prayers that have come for Mitch from all over the globe.
I only begin to realize how many lives our Mitch has touched. We are so grateful and blessed.
To honour Mitch..There willl be a celebration of his life this summer on August 27th, 2017. We will let you know more later.
And a special note to my beloved husband...
You have made my life a wonderful adventure. You are my best friend, my one and only, my partner, Captain of my heart, Knight in shining armor, my Hero, my world. I am so very grateful to have you in my life. You are mine to have and hold for a little while..... but not to keep.
So now, like so many times before, I have left you at the airport and you are now on your way to a new assignment, a new adventure. And I willl do as I have always done, fill my days with good works till.. eventually I meet you at the Airport once again and we go into the sunset together.
