In Loving Memory of Thelma Santizo

With a heavy heart, we ask for your help. Goodbyes are tough to say but we didn’t expect it to be so quick for our beloved mom, Thelma Santizo (1968-2018).

On Tuesday, October 23rd at around 11:50 PM PT, Thelma Santizo (50 years – DOB 5/10/68) lost her battle with lung cancer, after two long hard-fought years. Thelma Santizo is survived by her daughter Dayana Rosales, son Jose Rosales and her two young grandson’s Damien and Romeo. After two years of battling lung cancer, Thelma health began to deteriorate the past couple months and her family was notified that she only had a few months to live. Last week, Thelma was admitted to the hospital where the doctors gave the heartbreaking news that Thelma only had a week left to live. Thelma gave it her last fight to make it home on her final hours, where she was welcomed by family and friends. Her last wish was to have it a real Christmas tree and family/friends made it a reality as she came home. In the presence of her daughter and son, Thelma took her final breath and lost her battle with lung cancer. All the pain and suffering were finally over, and the family is coming to terms that she is finally able to rest her huge heart and little lungs.

Anyone who knew Thelma, knew that she had a huge heart and would help anyone who needed it. Thelma was a loving mother who sacrificed and gave it her all to provide for her family and friends. Short of words, Thelma leaves a big void in the life of family and friends whose life she has touched. The grieving family is trying to hard to come to terms with such a tragic and sudden loss. Friends and colleagues are doing their best to support them in this time of need and we are reaching out to all family and friends to help the family cope with this situation without a financial burden on their minds, though it cannot compensate the loss of their beloved mother. We hope and pray that Thelma’s soul rests in peach and the family finds strength to handle this extreme loss.

The setting up of Thelma GoFundMe page is to assist the family with the funeral expenses and any additional unpaid medical and personal expenses. WE THANK YOU A LOT FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND SUPPORT.
