In loving memory of Hasan “Sano” Jefferson

On June 4th 2019, my cousin, 21 year old Hasan “Sano” Jefferson was tragically ripped away from our lives.  Hasan was murdered and left on a porch with no remorse. 

Hasan was his Mother’s first born child. He was known to friends and family as a hard headed loving young man. He was goofy and always had a lot to say. Hasan was a great father and protector to his beautiful 5 month old baby girl Avah Jefferson. He leaves behind two brothers and one sister as well as a host of others who will miss him deeply.

We were not prepared to deal with this kind of situation. I am asking anyone who can find it in there heart to help my cousin Valerie Burzynski (Hasan’s Mother) with the unexpected cost of burying her first born. I am greatly appreciative of any and all those who can help my family in our time of need. Losing her child at 21 years old is so hard to take in. This is another life taken by gun violence and I wouldn’t wish this upon any other parent. Thank you for your time and support.
