I'm in need of dental flappers

I'm on disability and Medicare/Medicaid won't pay for dental. I needed a root canal but that is no longer an option so I have to have it removed its on the bottom front tooth. I also need one for a top front tooth. When I lost my baby tooth there was no permanent tooth to come in.
So to help replace these missing teeth I could get flappers. The ultimate dream would be to someday get much needed implants to be able to chew.
