My Name is Juan Oropeza, i live in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and i'm trying to help my cousin Ilse Boggiano, to receive help to keep fighting her illness, i love her very much, she's a beautiful person, mother, wife, and human being, i'm very proud to be her cousin, and i want to help her to get better soon.
Being a Cancer patient in Venezuela, is an EXTREMELY difficult situation, there's NO MEDICATION AVAILABLE in the whole country, and the only way to get her treatment is traveling to Colombia, a long and dangerous road trip, and purchasing it in US Dollars, which with the Venezuelan hyper inflation, became impossible to afford anymore.
The raised money will be used towards her cancer treatment.

LET'S HELP ILSE
My Name is Ilse Boggiano Varela, I'm Venezuelan, i have a daughter and a wonderful husband.
In February 2016, i went to my annual checkup and for my surprise, my doctor informed me that i had a mammal cyst, and i nedded more lab tests, which determined i had cancer in both breasts, and needed urgent surgery, which took place in april 2016.
In June 2016 i started my chemotherapy cycles wich ended in december 2016, that month i've also started a radiotheraphy treatment (62 sessions), ending in January 2017.
Sadly, on my August 2017 checkup, lab tests determined that the cancer spreaded ( did metastasis) to my liver and bones, so we proceeded to apply chemoteraphy for 18 more weeks finishing in January 2018.
Luckily my body has responded properly to the last treatment, and the tumor on my liver has been reducing it's size, it has been a painful journey, and i'm still in need of additional chemotherapy cycles, and that's why i need your help.
The medications i need to use are Avastin 400mg (every 15 days), and Capecitabine in tablets of 500mg (on a daily basis), they are extremely expensive, being brought from Colombia, there is a lack of inventory on the Venezuelan pharmacies due the actual crisis.
The aproximated cost of my remaining urgent treatment goes to US$ 30.000,00 which we can't afford anymore due the Venezuelan crisis, for that reason, i come to you claiming for help to keep up with my treatment, on this though and desperate situation for me and my family.

Me llamo Ilse Boggiano Varela, soy Venezolana, tengo una hija y un esposo maravilloso.
En Febrero 2016 acudí a mi chequeo médico como todos los años; para mi sorpresa el doctor me informo que tenía un quiste mamario por lo cual tenía que realizarme una serie de exámenes, los que determinaron que padecía un Carcinoma de mama ductal infiltrante poco diferenciado, era un estadio IIIc., en ambas mamas, ante tal resultado el doctor me comunico la urgencia de ser intervenida quirúrgicamente, operación que se llevó a cabo en abril de 2016.
Posteriormente el en el mes de Junio 2016 inicie el tratamiento de quimioterapias el cual finalizo en diciembre 2016, en ese mismo mes comencé con el tratamiento de radioterapias que constaron de 62 sesiones terminándolo en Enero de 2017.
Lamentablemente, en mi control del mes de Agosto de 2017 los exámenes determinaron que había hecho metástasis en el hígado y en los huesos, ante tal resultado se procedió a aplicar tratamiento de quimioterapias por 18 semanas seguidas hasta el mes de Enero 2018.
Afortunadamente mi cuerpo ha respondido bien, y el tumor del higado ha reducido su tamaño considerablemente, aunque han sido dolorosos mis días, debo continuar con los ciclos de quimioterapias. Necesito tu ayuda.
Los medicamentos que se me deben suministrar son Avastin 400 mg (cada 15 días) y Capecitabine en tabletas de 500 mg. (diariamente) son de alto costo y no los consigo en mi país (Venezuela). El costo aproximado para el tratamiento es de US$ 30.000,00. Se nos hace imposible continuar costeando los gastos del tratamiento el cual necesito con urgencia, por ello recurro a ustedes en estos momentos de tanta angustia e incertidumbre para mí y mi familia.
