ICU Care For My Pup Nova

I never thought I would do this but I need everyone's help....I just bought this beautiful red nose pit, Nova, and she is beautiful! Gorgeous blue eyes, full of cuddles and kisses. As the day has gone on she wouldn't eat, wouldn't drink...so I started getting worried. I figured she needed time to adapt to me, but then she started to throw up. After a few times through the hours of the same repeated action I took her to the emergency vet...Within 10 minutes I found out the pup has parvo, a disease that has a 70% chance of killing her and that's only if we start the process of medication and icu ASAP... she would need 7+ days in icu to give her any chance, and $7000+ in expenses which I can't afford right now...I don't have the heart to put her down...but I don't know what to do...any help...a penny...a dollar or even a share of the post could help save this pups life! Thank you guys so much! I'm more than thankful for any help I receive, and I will be sure to give back in every way I can. Thank you all so so much!
