Iconostasis & Temple Building Fund

In October of 2017 a group of Orthodox families met to discuss the possibility of forming an Orthodox mission in Columbus, Mississippi. In early Spring of 2018, Archbishop Alexander blessed the Mission to officially form.
We were then blessed in finding a building to buy at a very low cost. This allowed us to move quickly through re roofing the building and minor renovations and updates to the building. We are now moving on to our most important effort -- the construction of a proper Iconostasis and leveling of the temple floor! Glory be to God!
In addition to gifts given by the congregation and friends of Saint Catherine Orthodox Church, we are attempting to raise an additonal $5,000 to construct a proper Iconostasis and level the floor of our temple. Permits are in place and supplies are ordered. Construction begins on October 15th! Any amount you can contribute will help. Please share this campaign with anyone you think might be interested in helping.
