IBYC 40TH ANNIVERSARY

Inspiring Baptist Youth to Christian Excellence- IBYC strives to build christian youth of grit, grace and beauty with the strength of genuine christian character. Our delegates come together annually, to be edified and encouraged. Our young people are taught obedience and respect for God and his word.

Our team consists of pastors, youth leaders, clinical therapists, substance abuse counselors and others who work extensively with youths throughout Caribbean region. It is our intent to tremendously impact and make a positive difference in the lives of our youths.

The approach is a holistic one, we help our young people not only strive for Christian excellence, but also address areas of relationships, making good choices, peer pressure, substance abuse as well as becoming involved in ministry and setting priorities for their future careers and personal development. With all the challenges our youth face today, IBYC remains a beacon to help steer them towards a strong, growing and committed relationship with the Lord.

Our team were former IBYC'ers, and they've dedicated their time and effort voluntarily. This is borne out of the impact IBYC had upon their lives and have chosen now to reach and sow into the lives of young people with the intent that it will do the same in their lives.

This year is our 40th anniversary and we want to ask you to partner with us and aid by investing in our Caribbean youth, help us to help them, together we can make a difference in the lives of our young people.
