Smith family home lost in fire

On June 23rd, 2016 we unexpectedly lost our home to the Erskine Fire.
We barely had 5 minutes to get out of our home before it going up in flames. The fire was nowhere near us, and within minutes it took down our whole neighborhood.
I never expected I would have to run for my life, especially while saving my children's. By the time I drove by my street, seconds after evacuating, our home was gone. I hate asking for a penny, or for anything but we truly need anything. Even a prayer.
I just want my children to live as normal of a life as possible. Christian, 6, is understanding the whole situation and always sees the glass half full! Kaelynn, 3, is still trying to understand it, she cries and begs to go home but she is ok with the comfort of her family. Baby #3, Emberlynn, is on her way, and safe & sound. You never realize how hard it is to rebuild especially starting with nothing but the clothes on your back. We are FOREVER grateful for all the generous people that have blessed us so far.
