I don't want to say goodbye

Keyna is ... special. From the day I brought her home, she was always a constant companion. I woke up Sunday morning to her throwing up, couldn't keep anything down and I took her to the vets Sunday evening and had blood work and xrays done and her stomach, intestines and uterus are all inflamed, she had a slight fever when I admitted her so obviously she's got an infection somewhere. Best case scenario, she just needs her uterus removed but.... that'll cost 1500+ for surgery. I don't expect much help, but... any small amount helps. This dog is everything to me , she was my mother's companion right til the day she died. Everyone who knows me knows how much my dogs mean to me ... my last little bit of my mom still left alive and I don't want to say goodbye to anyone else.
