Hydro 16, Enlightening and Castleton Leisure Ltd are working in partnership to bring Hydrotherapy to Castleton Health and Leisure Centre.
We have recognised a need for a Hydrotherapy Pool that is available for general public use in Rochdale.
We have the perfect place for it at Castleton Health and Leisure Centre and we have countless testimonials from potential users.
Hydrotherapy has amazing health benefits and can help to ease the symptoms of many life limiting conditions such as Parkinsons, MS, ME, Autism, ADHD, Arthritis, Bursitis to name but a few.
It is also extremely useful for sports rehabilitation and that of Stroke sufferers.
Parent/Carers have reported having to travel as far a Preston and paying £60-80 per hour. This often includes changing time which can be a lengthy process for someone with a disability or an injury.
We pledge to make this service affordable and accessible for people of all ages and abilities.
