Hurt service dog needs surgery!

Ragnar is my dear friend Austin's service dog. He recently got hurt and now requires surgery to fix. Austin has a rare hereditary eye disease that is causing him to go blind. Ragnar has been his saving grace and has given him a purpose, despite all the negative happening. These two are in it together and they desperately need help to get him the care he needs!
