Help Jose fight brain cancer

Our dear friend Jose needs our help, he went to his home country of Portugal in August to spend 3 weeks with his family.
On his second day there, he had a seizure. After many tests, he was diagnosed with Glioblastoma. Brain cancer.
"Glioblastoma is a type of brain cancer. It’s the most common type of malignant brain tumor among adults. And it is usually very aggressive, which means it can grow fast and spread quickly.Although there is no cure, there are treatments to help ease symptoms."
His life changed in that moment. The Dr's told him he would need surgery immediately. He declined and wanted to come back home to the United States for treatment. They reiterated how dangerous the delay and plane ride would be for him, he still decline.
He finished his vacation with his family. He had to take 30 pills a day while he was there. When he returned to the United States, he already had an appointment with a Dr at the UW medical center to give them all the scans and information obtained in Portugal. Within a week of returning home, He had surgery to remove the brain tumor. As you can imagine the financial burden has already taken hold.
