Hunter Dixon Medical Fund

Hunter Dixon and his family need your help and prayers! After a brief illness that would not resolve, Hunter was taken to Mission Emergency Room and diagnosed with Bacterial Meningitis. His brain swelled due to the infection and surgery was performed to drill a hole in his skull to relieve the pressure and drain the infection. After a few days in Neuro Trauma ICU, his condition worsened and a second surgery was performed. This time they removed a large portion of his skull to relieve the pressure. Now he is in an induced coma and we are unsure if he will have brain damage. We are all waiting on Hunter and pray he will pull through this. Hunter is 21 and attended Emma Elementary and Erwin Middle and High school. He works as an electrician. He and his wife Kayla have two beautiful children and one on the way. He and his family have a long road ahead. Doctors say it could take a year to recover, provided he has no serious damage. Please help this young family out. They do need all of our help.
