Hugo's Leukemia Treatment Fund

My battle with Leukemia started in January 2015. I cut my finger on an inmate's razor while at work at Pleasant Valley, a couple days later I went to get tested, I was told I had to wait at least a month before I got the results. It was a very stressful month for me, all I could think about was possibly becoming infected with a disease. When I went back to get the results, the doctor told me I was negative for everything they tested for, however, he did tell me that my white blood cell count was really high and told me to see my doctor ASAP. Later, that day I saw my doctor in Coalinga and got more blood work done. Later that evening, I received a call from my doctor telling me my white blood cells were really high, and that I should go to the emergency room in Fresno. More blood work was done and told them my symptoms (feeling tired, fever, weight loss, etc). About 11 pm I was admitted, taken to a private room and I was told that I had Leukemia. I broke down in tears. Many things crossed my mind at that moment like, how much time I had left or if there was a cure for it. A Bone Marrow Biopsy was done and it was narrowed down to Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
I started treatment right away, the first couple weeks of treatment were hard, but thanks to all the love and support from family and friends things got easier. I began to establish a positive mind set, I found no point in being sad or cry about it anymore. I vowed to stay in the fight and aim for a cure. Up to now, I have completed 2 tough chemotherapy cycles and thankfully still in remission. The next step of my treatment will be getting a Stem Cell Transplant at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco. My sister was found to be a 100% match and will be my donor! Which is an amazing thing. I will have to move to the Bay Area for at least 3 to 4 months. I'm asking anything that you can spare for medical expenses, rent, food, gas, will be appreciated.
Thank you, God bless
