I am reaching out for help for my father Hugo Ulloa which was in a severe motorcycle accident on July 4th. He has suffered two broken ankles and a broken wrist also severe road rash. He is a loving family man which is dearly loved. We need help to due to the accident there are several mounting medical billing due to the multiple surgeries he has had. Family and Friends that know Hugo know how he is always there for them and at this time of need we need all the help since the recovery will be a long process.
