Hugo San Jose Colon Cancer Fund

Este es mi guapo esposo Hugo San Jose tiene 45 años y hace poco mas de 1 mes fue diagnosticado con Cancer de Colón. 
Hugo tuvo que ser sometido a una cirugia de urgencia para remover la parte del colon donde se encontro el tumor cancerigeno, su situacion es bastante compleja ya que es Diabetico tipo 1 (azucar en sangre)

Pasamos momentos muy duros despues de la cirugia debio permanecer por varios dias en Cuidados Intensivos por problemas con el azucar que complicaron la cirugia, por la gracia de Dios logro salir y regresar a casa feliz y listo para vivir muchos años mas!!! 
Pensamos que habiamos vencido el cancer y que las probabilidades de llevar quimioterapia serian muy pocas, pero esta mañana nos confirmaron que aun hay restos de Cancer y necesita empezar quimioterapia lo antes posible.
Debe tener la primera ronda de Quimios por 6 meses 2 veces al mes (un total de 12)
Los medicos han recomendado que se abstenga de trabajar durante el tiempo que duren las quimioerapias porque su trabajo requiere pasar muchas horas en un cuarto frio y el contacto con este es muy peligroso para el tratamiento que va a recibir, debe dedicarse a su tratamiento al 100%.
Mi esposo tiene 11 años siendo diabetico tipo 1 se inyecta 4 veces al dia 2 tipos de Insulina (Novolin R y Lantus) estas insulinas son bastante costosas y al no poder trabajar y no contar con seguro medico nuestra situacion se complica  ademas debemos comprar medicinas que han recetado que tome durante  la quimioterapia!!! (por ahora Ondansetron y Prochlorpera)
Los fondos que se recauden seran 100% para su tratamiento medico que es lo mas importante en estos momentos aparte debemos cubrir vivienda, alimentos, transporte, etc, etc.
Mi esposo es un hombre que ama a Dios, su familia, sus amigos, su hija no es la primera vez que ha tenido que desafiar las enfermedades incluso la muerte el simplemente AMA LA VIDA!!!!!! lo necesito bien sano, fuerte y feliz
Por favor con lo que puedan ayudarnos sera bien recibido no importa la cantidad!!! Desde ya les agradezco infinitamente a todas las personas que se han tomado el tiempo de leer y aportar para que juntos logremos ayudar  a mi esposo!!! MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS!!!!

This is my loving husband, Hugo San Jose. He is 45 years old and was recently diagnosed with Colón Cancer.
Hugo had to undergo an emergency surgery to remove part of the colon where the cancer tumor was found and his situation is quite complex since he has Diabetic type 1 .

It was not over. After the surgeryc Hugo had to stay several days in intensive care, after complications from the surgery.
We thought that we had overcome the cancer and that the chances of getting chemotherapy would be very slim but this morning we were told that there are still remains of the Cancer and chemotherapy is needed as soon as possible!! the first round of Chemo is for 6 months, twice a month ( a total of 12 )
The doctors have recommended that he refrain from working during the duration of the chemoerapies because his work requires spending many hours in a cold room. This is very dangerous for the treatment he will receive. This makes our situation more complicated as we need to also cover rent, food, personal expenses, medication,transportation, expenses etc. Under one limited income.

My husband needs 4 types of Insulin injections (Novolin R and Lantus) 4 times a day. These insulins are quite expensive and we won’t be able to afford them with Hugo’s income gone. He doesn’t have medical insurance.

100% of The funds collected will for Hugo’s medical treatment . that is the most important thing at this time.
