Huddersfield & Ripponden Brass are proud to announce they will represent Yorkshire after qualifying for the National Brass band Championships at Cheltenham in September 2017.
We are part of the Huddersfield Youth Brass Ensemble Association and, in addition to also having a youth band, we provide lessons, free instruments and uniforms without subscription.
We will continue to raise revenue by participating in parades, concerts and fund raising events but raising the £4,000 cost of competing at the National Championships is quite a challenge.
Some people have already said they would like to donate to our cause so this page has been created to give everyone the opportunity to help us attend the National Finals for the first time in 20 years.
We are extremely grateful for any support you can give the band and any donation would make a huge difference and be enormously appreciated.
