Hey guys and gals, this is it! I'm gonna be a world class DJ!!
I've pursued many creative outlets in the past, but music has been the one constant in my life that I've always wanted to fully explore.
I'm certain now is the right timing and I'm trusting all my instincts in making this dream of mine a reality. Music is a safe space for me and I want to be able to share my love of it with the world. I am so grateful and excited that you believe in my ability and drive, and have decided to support me in any way you can.
I plan on attending a 3 month intensive DJ/Producer course at the end of September 2019 at a leading music school in the UK. The course is designed to give students everything they need to know about DJing and Producing, which is key as many top DJs are successful because they produce music: their profile is raised, promoters hear about them and invite them to play more gigs. The course is sponsored by Pioneer DJ, the DJ Studio offers a fantastic variety of the latest and best DJ kit students can lay their hands on and they also gain great insights into the world of Music Production using the best software like Ableton Live and Logic Pro.
I can feel the energy 'SOARING THROUGH MY VEINS' being given this opportunity to learn from some of the best and I'm ready to fly the TRINIDAD flag high.
This gives me a solid 3-4 months to go hard at raising funds for this course. Expenses I will have to cover:
Paying for my return flight to/from London, course fees, public transportation in London as well as food and accommodation.
