PLEASE HELP "SELFLESS" STEVE

This is our dear friend, Steve. Steve is probably the nicest guy you will ever meet. He is the most selfless person I’ve ever known. Steve puts everyone's needs above his own. No matter what he’s going through, Steve always has such a positive attitude and a pleasant disposition and will do anything to help anyone.
Unfortunately, due to a severe diabetic condition, Steve recently had to have his left leg amputated from the knee down. While most people would be devastated, Steve manages to keep a positive attitude despite the hardship this is putting on himself and his family. Even though he tries hard not to show it, Steve suffers in silence. Not only has this caused a tremendous financial burden on Steve and his family, but because Steve worked on his feet all day and walked almost everywhere, you can only imagine the challenges he’s facing now. Steve is only in his 30's and has a long road ahead.
Steve worked 2 full time jobs to help provide for himself and his sister and her 3 children who all live with him. Steve worked on his feet all day in the kitchen at the Community College and then walked another
3 - 4 miles to come to work at the local hospital for the overnight shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as a Transport Aide and Dispatcher. On Monday morning after working double shifts every weekend, he would leave for his second full time job, and walked miles to get there.
Steve does not have a vehicle and walked just about everywhere. He is such a dedicated employee and tries so hard to provide for his family that even when there was a State of Emergency due to a blizzard, Steve braved the weather and walked 3-4 miles in the blizzard conditions to get to work for the overnight shifts at the hospital. No matter what life throws at Steve he always manages to maintain his positive, cheerful attitude.
I’m asking you to PLEASE open your heart to "Selfless" Steve. Every donation, no matter how small, will be sincerely and greatly appreciated. Hopefully, with your support we will be able to relieve some of the tremendous burden on Steve and his family right now and, hopefully, through your kindness and generosity, purchase a reliable vehicle to make life a little easier for Steve in his "new" journey.
