HTMNC Water Bottle Fill Station

We are eighth graders at High Tech Middle North County, in San Marcos, CA.  As part of our project, The Ripple Effect, we are learning about how human behaviour affects biodiversity and raising awareness to the use of plastics and how they affect the ocean and us. We hope to fundraise enough money for a water bottle filling station for our school and our neighboring elementary school. Putting these filling stations at our school will eliminate single use plastic water bottles and encourage students to bring or buy their own re-usable water bottles and use less plastic. Our goal is to raise $3,000. We are having our exhibition on March 23, so we hope to meet our goal before then. Your donation would help greatly towards our cause, and would be a small step into saving our environment!
