Help with Emergency Moving Expense

We, at Proclaim Enterprises, are a computer company and UPS access point for the University City Area. We have been here for 3 years focused on building and maintaining consumer relations while successfully making a difference in the community. Our building was just suddenly sold and we have to vacate by the end of the month. The landlord was nice and kind but just couldn’t handle the building due to her age.
We have a great rating and want to stay in this neighborhood to continue to maintain established relationships and serve the community.
What the funds will be used for:
1. Emergency payment for another location.
2. Moving expenses
3.Transferring utilities and getting all custom equipment back online and built at new location.
4. Advertising and marketing to make transition smooth for our ongoing customers that rely on us every day.
We will have to hand over the keys on August 31st. Our goal is to not lose any customers due to down time or lapse in availability, especially for those that pick up packages every day.
With your help in these uncertain times, we would be able to continue to build what we have established in the past few years. We are not just a business... we build relationships and are grateful for the support of our neighborhood, which enables us to give back in so many ways.
