HoME Inc. is a 501(c)(3) corporation established in Huntsville, AL. It was created to provide housing for individuals who are no longer capable of caring for themselves. Our mission is to provide care to people suffering from Alzheimer's & other dementia related diseases.

HoME Inc. currently has small loans and pledges from others to help with the purchase price of the business, however we are still in need of funds to meet the total cost. Our goal is to raise $300,000 for the cost of the business and the initial 60 days of operating costs for the SCALF. The $300,000 will not be used for the purchase of the buildings in the above listing. The current owner has agreed to lease the buildings to HoME Inc. should the business be acquired.  Your financial contributions will be used for renovations, staffing, marketing, licensing and other miscellaneous costs incurred when opening a Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility.

It is our vision to acquire and re-open this facility by April 2019.

The Director of HoME Inc. is Carress Wilson, who will serve as a licensed Assisted Living Category II Administrator and an active Registered Nurse through the State of Alabama.
