Wir sind das Team des Tierschutz-Vereines R'M'B Animal Rescue International und helfen überall dort wo es Tierelend gibt. Im eigenen Land und international.
Der Sitz unseres Vereines ist in Götzendorf/Bruck an der Leitha.
Wir sind eine zusammengewürfelte Truppe von Musikern, Amateurfunkern, Hausfrauen und Beamten. Und ... wir lieben Tiere und treten gemeinsam für den Tierschutz ein. Wir schauen nicht weg, sondern hin. Überall da, wo Tierelend herrscht. Wo Tiere gepflegt, versorgt und gerettet werden müssen.
Vor der eigenen Haustür, im eigenen Land und international.R'M'B Animal Rescue International betreut im vereinseigenen House of special cats zur Zeit 21, grossteils behinderte, ehemalige Streunerkatzen.
Heißt: Katzen mit Behinderungen, die keiner mehr haben will. Blinde Katzis, gehörlose Katzis, Dreibeinchen, Unfallopfer-Katzen, Katzen mit chronischen Krankheiten, Katzis mit geburtsbedingten Fehlbildungen etc.
All diese Katzen benötigen eine besondere Pflege, Medikamente und vor allem Futter. Von den Tierarztkosten mal ganz abgesehen.
Die Zahl der behinderten und kranken Pfleglinge unterliegt starken Schwankungen. In Spitzenzeiten hatten wir auch schon mal fast 40 pflegebedürftige Katzen zu versorgen und zu betreuen. Mittlerweile ist das, vor kurzem errichtete neue, Katzenhaus zu eng.
Das heißt:
Wir müssen einen weiteren Raum schaffen, um weitere Notfellchen aufnehmen zu können. Der Raum ist vorhanden, allerdings ohne Fenster und Türen - ohne alles. Er müsste also komplett umgebaut werden, dazu kommt dann noch die katzengerechte Einrichtung.
Wir bitten euch alle herzlich um eure Hilfe. Wir bekommen immer wieder Anfragen und Anrufe wegen solchen Notfellchen. Indem Moment, wo wir "Nein" sagen (müssen) ist das Schicksal dieses armen Tierchens besiegelt. Doch wir wollen nicht sein sagen, weil wir der Meinung sind, das jedes Tier ein Recht auf Leben hat. Und dabei spielt es überhaupt keine Rolle ob die Katze keine Augen oder nur noch drei Beinchen hat.
Der dankbare Blick und die Liebe, die uns so ein gerettet Tierchen entgegen bringt macht uns glücklich und wir wissen einmal mehr, dass wir das Richtige tun.

The headquarter of our association is in Götzendorf / Bruck an der Leitha.
R'M'B Animal Rescue International is currently serving 21, mostly handicapped, former stray cats in the club's own house of special cats.
Means: Cats with disabilities that nobody wants anymore. Blind cats, deaf cats, tripods, accident victims cats, cats with chronic diseases, cats with birth-related malformations etc.
All these cats need special care, medicines and especially food. Not to mention the veterinary costs.
The number of disabled and sick cats is subject to strong fluctuations. At peak times, we also had to look after and care for almost 40 cats in need of care. Meanwhile, the recently built new cat house is too narrow.
This means:
We need to create another room to accommodate more emergencies. The room is available, but without windows and doors - without everything. He would have to be completely rebuilt, in addition to the cat-appropriate device.
We cordially ask for your help. We always get inquiries and phone calls about such emergencies. The moment we say "no", the fate of this poor creature is sealed. But we do not want to be saying, because we believe that every animal has a right to life. And it does not matter if the cat has no eyes or only three legs.
The grateful look and the love that brings us such a saved animal makes us happy and we know once again that we are doing the right thing.
Please help us to say "yes" when an emergency needs help. THANK YOU!
