My cousin and best friend, Jorge Aleman, was in a terrible accident at work after he fell off a staircase while he was walking on stilts. He got a concussion and gashed his head, his elbow is completely shattered and has multiple open bone fractures.
He is the sole provider for his pregnant fiancee, his baby is due in April, and he won't be able to work for approximately 9 months if his arm manages to heal properly. Jorge will have to go through physical therapy for multiple weeks/months and in the meantime his fiancee will be caring for their newborn.
