Ivanko is 40 years old, happily married and has two wonderful children. The diagnosis is terrifying but he has the courage to face it.
In November 2014 he was diagnosed with a deadly lung cancer! He would never accept it. So he started to fight and search to find a way to beat it.
In Bulgaria it is hard but he manages to find a way, with the help of PEOPLE, people who have donated life and hope, and have helped dreams come true and miracles take place…
Ivanko started his medical treatment in Turkey due to the support of many people. After seven chemotherapies, the prospects are good and there is great hope. Then follows the radiotherapy which causes severe problems to his esophagus (which has caused problems for years anyway). Now, apart from all the rest, an operation on his esophagus is needed. The treatment is expensive and in Bulgaria the opportunities are limited. That is the reason why we are asking for your help.
We need 15,000 EUR for his surgery in Turkey.
Ivanko is a person like anybody else: neither more, nor less valuable than anybody else. He is a husband, a father and a friend. He has weaknesses and shortcomings like all of us. He has God in his heart and the belief that even though the road is tough, the goal is absolutely achievable and success is inevitable. We thank you for your support!
