Hope for The Hinkle Family

Donation protected
Hello everyone. My name is Allyssa Tucker and I am creating this GoFundMe account on behalf of my good friend Kari Hinkle and her beautiful family, who's husband/father was recently involved in a tragic motorcycle accident.

It started like any other normal day, but by the end of the day their entire universe would be shifted. Kenton Hinkle (husband and father of two) became involved in a terrible motorcycle accident on October 5th. This shocking incident left him with multiple life threatening injuries, and unresponsive- In a coma completely dependent on life support. Kenton's state has not improved, he remains in a coma. His current condition appears daunting... Including severe brain injury and skull fractures, a punctured lung, broken C1/C2 (broken neck) and broken L11/L12 (broken back.) He currently has a tube through his head draining his brain fluid. The doctors are hoping to see if he can breathe on his own, if not they will put the tracheotomy in towards the end of this week, as well as a feeding tube through his stomach.

The accident is devastating, but the injuries pale in comparison to the emotional toll. Their father, in a coma, had to miss little Brooklyn's 5th birthday. All the plans her and Daddy made, gone. Trent and Brooke are missing their Daddy like crazy, and are anxious to have him home. Kari is trying to hold it together for her kids, while missing her partners presence immensely.

I know that by raising this money for the Hinkle family, it will give not only Kari some relief, but also HOPE for her and the kids.

This journey laid ahead is no doubt going to be a long one, filled with many tears, fears, and uncertainties. On top of all this... An intimidating level of financial responsibility.

God in in control, God has the final say, and God does not give us what we can not handle. If you can donate that is great and if you can't, please Pray. the power of prayer is an amazing thing. God's speed for Kenton and his recovery. I pray that God is able to heal him in ways we can not understand, and bring him home to be with his family. God bless.
