COURAGE FOR KARTER HOPE CROSBY 5,000

My Son and daughter-in-law Caitlyn  and Michael Crosby are the parents to three young children under five. They found out three months ago that their newest daughter to be born in June(Karter Hope crosby) had a lot of challenges facing her, after genetic testing it was found she has a chromosomal defect. A microdeletion of chromosome 13 and a translocation of chromosome 15.She is facing possible Dandy Walker syndrome of the brain. Her heart has an AV canal defect and Aortic and pulminary valve defect.We wont really know the full extent of her challenges until she is born, there could be more issues that they still arent even Aware of until she is born. Michael and Caitlyn have spent the last couple months having to go back-and-forth to Ou Children's hospital in Oklahoma City on a weekly basis. She has many doctors preparing for her birth, cardiologist as well as Neuroloigists trying to put a plan together for what her immediate needs will be as far as surgeries at her birth for her to survive .These young parents are emotionally going through the worst thing any parents can face, but have really held it together. They are facing the arrival of karter in the next 2 weeks or so and financially this has hit  them very hard. Mike has missed a lot of work, he has worked many overtime hours to try to keep things going and make all the Dr. appts. Also to get their home prepared for a sick child to be able to come home after her birth. Also attempting to prepare to be living between and at okc childrens where karter will possibly be for a long time. We have kept alot of this from Facebook as it has unraveled over the last few months, but this young couple works very hard to take care of their family on their own. But they are going to need a lot of assistance to be able to maintain his job at Frito lay and take care of their bills and still be there for his wife and kids as they will probably be in Oklahoma City for months back-and-forth. Mike is a proud young man that works very hard he’s been with Frito-Lay for three years and he does everything he can to take care of his young family. They’re going to need help any little bit will help as it adds up. Emotionally I can’t imagine what they’re having to go through and I’m hoping that this will help the financial burden be a little bit less of a worry when they have much more important things to be focused on.Our whole family just wants to say thank you To everyone for all your emotional support as well as any financial support you’re able to give ....
