Hope for Jaylen

On September 23, 2004 Jaylen was born with unknown chromosome disorder that caused several issues.. he was born with a cranial facial disorder, adrenal hormone disorder, abnormal small size head ,and several other issues.. he received a tracheotomy and a g-tube as well as a mandibular distraction to remove his chin out of his airway at 3 months old.. he went thru different things like potassium elevations, testicles removed, was not expected to live past 5 years old... here we are at 14 years old after learning to walk and express his self he has a stroke
October 2018 that gave him right sided weakness.. so now after removing the trach at 2 years old and the gtube at 5.. He’s back to a gtube due to the weakness on the right side of his mouth... with therapy he began eating 75% by mouth still able to play and was getting better.
May 31 another stroke... The cause of the strokes are because his arteries in the brain are progressively narrowing.. The doctor say they have never seen arteries narrow so quickly.
June 10 2019 he had EDAS brain surgery which connect the weak artery to strong arteries... it can takes months to a year for the surgery to help him because it takes time for the arteries to grow new vessels for the blood to flow through the brain.
June 15 he suffered another stroke that caused left side weakness and took complete control over his body movement and eyes movement but he could still move one arm when upset and could open his eyes even though he couldn’t focus on anyone.
July 14, Jaylan had 2 more strokes in the back of the brain and now has no eyes movement, body movement his eyes will not even open.
Our family has been told to discuss DNR (do not resuscitate) we are praying that Jaylen makes it out of this and he is able to receive therapy, nursing care and rehabilitation services.
Unfortunately, it is a strong possibility that Jaylen will not make it thru this terrible vascular disease.
I am asking for your help with rehabilitation, nursing, etc ... praying for the best but preparing for the worst praying that these funds will be not have to be used toward funeral services.
Thank you you for reading our story and please pray for our family!
