Baby Jay has come such a long way since making it home to Idaho!

Jay's Story:
At 2 months old Val woke to every mother’s nightmare, the sound of her baby’s labored breathing. As Noah, his dad, provided life saving care, Val called 911.
Jay was taken to a nearby hospital then flown by helicopter to UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. Doctors found bleeding on his brain stem, and after months in the PICU, they still don’t know why this happened.
Noah and Val have had to make the difficult decision to separate their family. Mom, Kale and Baby Jay relocated to Idaho where Val will have the support of family and medical services. Dad stayed in West Virginia to finish his medical schooling so he can provide for his family.
Relatives have stretched to help, but Jay will need continued care and many more surgeries. We have set up a GoFundMe account to assist Noah and Val with the extra expenses brought on by this tragedy.
