Homeless. Needing money to get a YMCA membership

I spent a 10 month stint in rehab and am now staying at a homeless shelter for 3 months. I'm working but my money right now is being saved so I can afford to get myself an apartment. Unfortunately these rehabs and shelters feed you quite a bit of sugar and carbs which is pretty unhealthy, but I gotta eat so I cant complain. I have gained around 30 pounds in doing so. Help me get a YMCA membership for a couple of months and some gym clothes to work out in so not only will I get myself in shape I will keep myself occupied  idle hands are never good.
