Homeless Brother and Sister

My Grandmother (Gwendolyn e. bush) died this past week from what we believe to be a heart attack, She was helping us caretake for our sickly mother (Kharma Heard) who has been struggling to live from complications from a botched gatro bypass surgery (she had this done back in the late 90s when this was still very experimental). My mother has degraded health to the point of not being able to even walk anymore due to losing strength in her legs and being skinny  (70-80lbs) But this gets even more complicated when we factor in her mental health that has degraded over time with her developing forms of schizophrenia, bi-polar, and a slew of other mental illnesses that has made taking care of her very stressful and difficult and a family effort. Problems with this situation have taken a turn for the worst, my grandmother won't be having a funeral, She has life insurance that would barely cover the expenses of a funeral and under the guidance of an older family member who came to help us arrange things, we had arrangements set up, But my mother canceled them, She wants to cremate her and have her mother's remains made into jewelry. And with her being the beneficiary on my grandmother's life insurance, her word is law despite her being mentally incompetent. She will not listen to reason at all, She cannot be reasoned with at all. This has caused our entire family to be brought into chaos. My mother has refused help from my sister and myself and has cast us out into the world. Our family is ruined, and now my sister and myself are homeless living out of the car my grandmother left behind. Everything is falling down around us, All my grandmother's possessions will be taken in the next 30 days because we can't take it or store it, my grandmother will be burned away soon, my sister is now in my care and i don't know how i can care for not only myself but a sister.  we have lost everything and don't know what else to do.
