Hey guys!
As of January this year a couple of us embarked upon a new kingdom-venture here in the south of France. we had one simple desire in mind, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. These last 6 months have testified to the authenticity of that call and there has been an abundance of fruit to show for it including countless testimonies of healing, deliverance and people coming to know the Lord, come on!
During that time the Lord has been calling other young adults to come to serve and minister with us. We have come from varying backgrounds, experiences and even nationalities but all with a heart to share Jesus with those we meet.
As the Lord has been gathering us together, He has been speaking clearly concerning the direction this ministry is to move in and an evolution of vision and mission has been taking shape before our eyes. With the support of Monseigneur Dominic Rey, Bishop of the Diocese of Frejus & Toulon, a fraternity has been formed, charismatic in its expression and with an ecumenical vocation.
The ‘Holy Spirit House’ Fraternity exists to see our region transformed by raising up and releasing a new generation of evangelists that would reach the multitude outside the walls of the Church by creatively sharing the testimony of Jesus Christ and who do so from a place of deep intimacy with the Lord.
Our chosen tools for evangelisation are the baptism and charisms of Holy Spirit as are described in 1 Corinthians 12 and 14. We organise and lead healing sessions and retreats in Toulon, other parts of France and indeed, internationally as well as leading ‘Holy Spirit’ nights twice a week in the heart of the city and regularly going into the streets to evangelise.
In this new context of fraternity and with a newly expanded vision and direction we are more readily determined than ever to put our hands to the plough. But in order to do this, we are in need of your support both financially and more importantly through your offering of prayer.
We, as a fraternity are required to fund ourselves, this is due to the inceptive nature of the project. This is why we are appealing to you and asking that you would prayerfully consider partnering with us in this next season.
Going forward its clear that we will need the support of others in order to devote ourselves fully to what the Lord is asking us to do.
We are hoping to raise at least a total of €40,000.00 for the year.
These funds will specifically go to:
- Rent (€1600.00 per month)
- Bills and maintenance including Wifi, utilities, Phone etc. (€250 per month)
- Food (€400.00 per month)
- Medical Care
- Ministry growth
- Personal Growth and formation
- Giving - As we receive we will give to other ministries that we are connected to
We also need to purchase various pieces of equipment in order to produce regular media content including testimonies, live-streaming, worship and teaching; something we are really excited about! Its a platform by which people can connect with our ministry and more importantly with Holy Spirit!
