(hollywood) Dereks hand surgery

Derek was in a freak accident during a demolition derby and his hand got crushed which needed surgery to be fixed. He works in masonry so he will not be able to work for quite some time now and the medical bills are adding up fast! He loves demolition derbies and i would hate to see him have to sell because of this. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!
