HOMES FOR VEGAS AREA HOMELESS VETS

I am looking to fund the purchase and rehab of vacant Las Vegas Apartments and Multi Family Homes to provide a safe and secure place to live for area Veterans that are homeless.

Phase I: is an 8 unit multi family complex near the downtown area. 

The funds raised will be used to purchase this small complex; rehab the entire building bringing i up to code and make all 8 units fully handicap accessable.

There is a great number of Veterans in this area that are living on the streets and need a place to live while they receive medical and or psychological assistance as well as job training and placement assistance until they can get back on their feet and establish their own residences.

All monies raised will be used to purchase apartments; rehab and furnish them as well as the purchase of a wheel chair accessible van to transport veterans to the VA or other medical facilities for treatment where needed.
