Highlanders Together Campaign

After watching coverage of the devastation that Hurricane Harvey left behind, an initiative was launched at my place of work, Homestead High School, to provide relief to those most affected by the storm. Dubbed "Highlanders Together," our students and staff are raising money for the JJ Watt Foundation in its efforts to provide much-needed relief in Houston through September 15th. After that, we will focus our efforts on the impending impact that Hurricane Irma will have on Florida and other states along the east coast.
