EMT Bob Prus is battling cancer
EMT Bob Prus has spent much of his life helping other people... as a firefighter with Frankton VFD in the early 90s, and for many years as an EMT -- first in Indy with Wishard and with private service ambulances, and now as an EMS member of the Richland Township Volunteer Fire Dept -- and also as a caregiver for his mother until she passed away from cancer last year. Now Bob is dealing with his own cancer diagnosis and the impact of being on unpaid leave from work while undergoing treatment.
We at Richland Station 40 want to support Bob in every way we can, and we'd like your help. We want Bob to be able to focus his energy on getting well and not on worrying about finances. Will you help us help Bob? These funds will help alleviate some of the day-to-day financial worries that come from being off work without pay, and will also help fill the gaps that aren't covered by health insurance.
