Hermese Foot Surgery

I don't like asking for help,however i have no choice this time. I have to have surgery on my foot, I have a very flat foot and it's starting to completely collapse, causing pain in my lower back and my legs to the point where i have headaches. I work with elderly people, some have dementia or altizemers. I'm constantly on my feet and my clients and residents depend on me to be in the best shape to help them.  My doctor says if i don't have this procedure done now i may not be using my foot come next year. After i have my surgery i will be on non- weight baring bed rest for 3 mths. After which i have Physical therapy that could last 3-4 mths because of the extent of the procedure itself. I'm asking for help because these fund will go towards bills, house, 2 cars, school bills, gas to and from work/ PT, and doc appts.  My surgery will take place May 17th, I have been hesitant to sign up for this but i can't pretend we don't need the help!
