Many are still in complete shock as we grief the loss of our dear friend, Henry Lee. He was just 21 years old and leaves a wife (Katie), and 18 month old boy (Michael) behind.
On Monday night, March 13, 2017, Henry's truck hit an icy spot on the road, went out of control and hit a telephone pole. After several days of crying out to God and doctors and nurses working diligently to keep his body alive, God called him home.
We are all in shock and disbelief as we try and make sense of God's decision. We mourn the loss of his earthly presence. We are also concerned for Katie and Michael who will now have to continue their journey on earth without a husband and father.
Henry will be remembered as a big dreamer, a talker, always smiling, one who loved to help others, and a real good friend to so many people in our community and beyond.
May it be said to you Henry, well done good and faithful servant.
This memorial fund is going directly to Katie and Michael Lee to help pay for the unexpected funeral costs and other financial challenges they will face in the coming months - Henry was the main source of income for the family.
