Henrique's campaign for Ovarian Cancer Action

This year I will be doing a No Booze Lent before Easter. This will mean 40 days of no drinking from Ash Wednesday (March 6) to Easter Sunday. In doing this I will be raising money to raise awareness of Small Cell Carcinoma of the Ovary. SCCO is a rare and very aggressive form of cancer affecting young women, mostly in their 20’s and 30’s and has a very poor prognosis. Having recently lost a friend to this terrible disease I have decided to raise money to help raise awareness of the symptoms of ovarian cancer and fund research.
