My violin teacher's wife, Nataliya Plesha, was in a car accident. She suffered from bleeding in her brain, which in turn resulted in a stroke. She was a college professor and the main provider for the family, who recently emigrated from Ukraine to the United States, and is struggling to make ends meet. They have a young son. If you can, please donate to help Nataliya's family. Thank you very much!

Nataliya was without a doubt one of the most inspiring teachers/people I have ever met. I was heartbroken to hear of this loss and I wish the best to her close friends and family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Professor Plesha made such a positive impact on my son when he had her for a class this past May at UConn. She was engaging, interesting, and he truly felt she cared about each students learning experience. It was a pleasure to hear his enthusiasm for the class, and that was due to how she engaged the students. I will be forever grateful that he had such a special teacher.

My heart is with your family. Nataliya shaped the lives of all of her students, including mine. May she rest in peace.
