Cooper, a five-year-old hound mix, remains on death row by the City of Palm Coast, Florida at a cost of $30/day to the owner since Feb 27th 2018. Cooper was provoked and protected his family and his own property! Cooper has been locked in a kennel with limited exercise and has NO Physical Contact with is Owner, Ms. Benton!
Ms. Benton, has lost her job and spent the last of her money on retainers to hire attorneys to represent Cooper by filing an appeal with circuit court.
